DO NOT ❤️get in the comments about how I’m eating 459 kcal for lunch and it’s not even that much food. Idc! I like to eat exactly what I want so that im satisfied cravings wise and am not think about food until im actually hungry again. I usually skip breakfast also, which isn’t really a diet thing, im just super busy in the mornings.
