
low-fat yogurt with a spoon of fruit jelly and a few drops of sweetener, i really like sweet things and i find this soooo delicious, i think it's a really tasty option for when i'm craving sweets.
i can't weigh things to calculate them properly because my food scale broke,,,, but the yogurt is 61 kcal for the whole cup and the fruit jelly is 63 kcal for a tablespoon/20 grams _^
