I’m such a sweet tooth and everyday crave a sweet treat with my daily coffee. I make these cookies as my weekly prep ☺️

I’ve started out using the link in the comments but after many trials, this is what the base looks like for me :

Macros: 35kcal 0.9p 0.4f 7.3c

Super simple to make:
1) preheat oven to 180celcius
2) Mash bananas
3) Add the rest ( i use grape molasses which could be replaced by maple syrup or any pther sweetener)

It’s so much fun to play around with toppings, since the base is really low in calories you have a lot of room for creativity!

Here are some inspo:

Raspberry – pistachio 🍓
Raspberry – white chocolate 🤍
Walnut – Dark Chocolate 🍫
Blueberry – Coconut 🥥 ( i add blueberries in the mix and roll them around in coconut flakes, this is a great one for volume eaters!)
Raisins – Peanuts 🥜
Dried cranberries
Dates
Goji berries mixed with nuts or dark chocolate works great!

Today i did it like thumb cookies and added sugar free jam on top 🍓

Depending on the toppings 1 cookies comes to a total of between 40-70cals, but always super delicious 😋
