Thought I'd share my process for a DELICIOUS, non chalky, low cal ranch.

I'll preface by saying I'm a ranch fiend, love it on everything, and in truth, it makes lowering my caloric intake difficult at times.
Additionally, I LOVE restaurant style ranch in particular.

Process:
1/2 cup of 4% large curd cottage cheese. (large curd because its not as dry as small curd.)
1/4 cup 2% milk. (Less if you like thick ranch, this amount is thinned to my preference.)
Mix together in a blender.
Sprinkle in, to your liking, Hidden Valley Restaurant Style Ranch from a packet packet. (Don't go crazy at first, just add, blend, taste, until it's where you like it.)
1 teaspoon black pepper (if you like pepper)
1 teaspoon garlic (if you like garlic)

Let rest for 24 hours and enjoy.
142 cals if you used the ENTIRE thing in one sitting. (Depending on brands, etc.) To be able to dip with reckless abandon makes life so much easier.😅

This is seriously delicious, and doesn't taste at ALL like cottage cheese, or a lower cal offering. I've looked far and wide, tried everything from yogurt, low-fat sour cream, and beyond; nothing beats this recipe for restaurant style ranch.
