Made it myself but took some mozerella out

650 cals (can use less mozerella to suit calorie needs)

50g protein

1: mix 3 eggs and 100g cottage cheese
2. Add it to a tin with a tortilla
4. Add tomatoes
3. Add spinach and mozeralla
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins!

I’m eating all of this. It’s like a mini healthy pizza
