

Hi, so I’ve been calorie counting for a few months now and have noticed this today and confused myself.
The calorie count for McCains French Fries is different between frozen via oven.
I always weigh 130g frozen, then cook like that. I don’t weigh AFTER they’ve been cooked.
The difference is calories is crazy… So which do I use?
I think I’ve instinctively been tracking the oven/higher calories amount, but if I’m supposed to be going via frozen it would give me a nice bit of wiggle room for meal prep.
I just don’t want to track the 100g frozen if that would be the incorrect one to do, hence putting me over my daily goal.
