I am obsessed with this simple blender dessert and had to share!

Four ingredients – frozen blueberries and strawberries, unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of protein powder.

It blends up to the consistency of a Wendy’s frosty, which is my favorite thing. Also, this mug is 24oz, so it’s a huge volume of delicious, creamy, frozen goodness

You can always adjust the amounts of each ingredient to bring down the calories and create a smaller portion.

Mine is a huge portion for 290 – I’ll eat half and freeze the other for tomorrow 🤗
