currently on my second week with Built With Science and have been following exercises (full-body 3x a week) and logging my meals. they have me eating close to maintenance for now, but i’m honestly not sure what else i should have for dinner without eating too much protein/fat! my fridge is currently stocked with foods like greek yogurt, avocado, eggs, chicken, berries, and turkey, as well as my pantry stocked with protein bars and random add-ins for protein creamis. what more would you consume for the day in this scenario?
