Perfected this lil buddy. Ate it 4 times this week and losing weight feels like heaven. Didn’t track picked and raw onion tho. 95/5 ground beef. 145 cal bun. 2 slices of American Cheese. Sometimes I make air fried potatoes 200g with 3g of olive oil for an additional 178 cal. Hits more than any burger spot and I feel great afterwards.
