I’m coming back into tracking meals/calories and have come to the conclusion that I just won’t meet my goals if I don’t start packing my lunch for the days I go into the office. I was inspired by u/sftonyc2019 post the other day and their delicious looking salad! Here’s mine!

I whipped up the chipotle ranch dressing which is:
– 3/4 cups Greek yogurt (we had full fat so it would be less per serving if you have LF or FF)
– 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
– 1tsp lemon juice
– 0.5tsp garlic powder
– 0.5tsp dried dill
– 0.24tsp salt

Fingers crossed I can keep up with the lunch prepping. I haven’t regularly brought my own lunch to work in almost 10 years!
