Vegetarian Zuppa Toscana with Abbot’s (plant based) Chorizo.

Made this tonight for my family and it was wildly popular! Delicious and made more than enough for a second meal

  2. My favourite! I was so excited to eat this soup in Tuscany but never saw it on a menu… Then I realized it was an American invention 🤦🏾‍♀️

    I make a HUGE pot of this every couple months and freeze it. It’s absolutely my favorite soup ever. You’re making me think it’s time to make another batch!

    We make this at home too! I use the impossible savory sausage instead of Chorizo

  5. This is one of my favorite things to make vegetarian, plus it is THE dish to change people’s minds about kale 🙂 this looks amazing

    I made this for the first time last month and added beyond Italian sausage it was so good
