You still have 400 calories. Drink a Celsius or some other low calorie good flavor food and save the rest of your calories for dinner and a piece of fruit.

If I were in your shoes I would use 80 or so cal for a small midday snack and use 400 cal for a dinner of meat + veg. If you want to stay under your deficit sacrifices will need to be made, but it’s not impossible to stay under with almost 500 calories left in the day.

Make today a maintenance day. Don’t try to starve yourself. Skip today’s weight loss bit and learn from your habits to get into ones that may be more sustainable for you

I do light breakfast, light lunch, and splurge on dinner since I’m home and have time to enjoy it. It’s like my little reward for getting through the work day. I dunno if it’s the healthiest but it works for me so I’m doing it.
