Easy pressure cooker beef stew! Just dump all the ingredients in the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 1 hour (would also work great in a slow cooker).
I generally don't log seasonings (used onion powder, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoning salt, oregano, rosemary & black pepper).
