I use 120 calories of olive oil spread out through these meals- totally forgot to add it so it’s just at the top in cronometer minus the cake

Breakfast: avocado toast with strawberries and honey, egg and spinach scramble with a berry smoothie

Lunch: bone broth with shrimp, tomato, spinach, sour dough bread

Dinner: baked cod with sweet potato and red potatoes and broccoli

Snack: yasso ice cream sandwich
