Dinner : fish no ships – 640 cals, so delicious 🤤.

  • Fish (bought frozen, ready to be cooked) – 235 cals
  • Noodles – 226 cals
  • garden peas – 100 cals
  • mustard (5g) – 7 cals
  • sweet chili sauce (10g) – 19 cals
  • 200g tomatoes – 36 cals
  • 50 g red onion – 17 cals

A total of 640 cals. It fits in my daily budget, but I couldn't finish it.

Next time, I'll make it without the noodles. I was craving them today 🍜.
