- Fish (bought frozen, ready to be cooked) – 235 cals
- Noodles – 226 cals
- garden peas – 100 cals
- mustard (5g) – 7 cals
- sweet chili sauce (10g) – 19 cals
- 200g tomatoes – 36 cals
- 50 g red onion – 17 cals
A total of 640 cals. It fits in my daily budget, but I couldn't finish it.
Next time, I'll make it without the noodles. I was craving them today 🍜.
