*24.5g sourdough (65)
*one egg (72)
*93g potato – one smallish yellow (75)
*1.5 tsp olive oil (60)
*one ounce kimchi (12)
*small sprig of rosemary

Sautéed the potatoes in a teaspoon of olive oil with a sprig of rosemary to infuse flavor. Sliced up tomato and got out kimchi while cooking. Once potatoes were browned, set them on the plate and fried egg in additional 1/2 tsp olive oil.
