
Top left is a quick breakfast, I had a Premier Protein Café Latte Protein Shake for 160 calories and 30g protein and a Nature Valley Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate protein bar for 200 calories and 10g protein, making breakfast a total of 360 calories and 40g of protein.
Top right is lunch, noodles with some broth. The noodles were 1 serving of Trader Joe's Thai Wheat Noodles, they are 310 calories with 10g protein. I used 3 tsp of Organic Better Than Bullion Seasoned Vegetable Base for the broth which is 30 calories, and for protein I mixed in 3/4 cup soy curls which are 120 calories and 11g protein. In total lunch was 460 calories and 21g protein.
Bottom left is my midday snack, 4 lovingly measured tbsp of Halo Top Peanut Butter ice cream, which is about 35 calories and 2g protein.
Bottom right is dinner, a plate of chickpeas, rice, and salmon jerky. I used 1/2 cup of gather organic low sodium canned chickpeas for 120 calories and 7g protein with 1/2 cup BAP cooked sticky white rice for 163 calories and 3g of protein. I cut up one stick of smoked maple salmon jerky for some extra protein, it was 80 calories and 7g of protein. The total for dinner is 363 calories and 17g protein.
