1/3 Trader Joe’s plain pizza dough – 173
6oz 4 cheese Alfredo sauce – 80
8-9 broccoli florets, not even 5 cal
1/4 Costco canned chicken breast chunks – 53
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella – 60
4 tsp/ dusting of green can Kraft Parmesan cheese – 40 max
Spices: FODMAP friendly garlic salt on broccoli, black pepper all around, dusting of cayenne on pizza, dried basil and chives on pizza
Thin layer of EVOO on pan – 50

Total cal: 461

Bake 18 min at 475, I did so in my carbon steel pan
