Hello everyone, just thought I’d share my breakfast this morning.
I usually have berries with it, and two eggs, but a nasty cold prevented me from going grocery shopping.

I mix the fat free Greek yogurt with some protein powder, it bumps up the protein and adds sweetness.
(Apologies for the presentation and the picture quality, I wasn’t really planning on posting but ended up thinking why not?)
