Salad: 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1 tablespoon reduced sugar cranberries and 1oz sugar free honey mustard dressing

Cereal: Premiere Protein chocolate almond w/ 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter and 1/2c unsweetened almond milm

The smoothie: 1 scoop elevation chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter, 1/2c plain greek yogurt, a pinch of cinnamon, a whole banana, 1 1/2c ice and 1/4c almond milk

3rd bowl: 3/4c plain greek yogurt (sweetened with a 2 tablespoons sucralose), 1/2 low fat cottage cheese (because non fat is flavorless and gross) and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries)
