This is my new discovery, I love noodles and unfortunately can't leave them out of my diet, but I just found this new alternative, that I know might not be everyone's cup of tea BUT hear me out!!

47 calories!!

-100g of konjac noodles (14 cals)
-1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce (30 cals)
– a few squeezes of lime juice (2 to 3 cals)

They're chewy, so savory, and so quick! You don't even have to cook it.

You can add a few chopped spring onions for presentation, but since I make it as a quick meal for myself, there's no need for that 😅
