



Don’t know if I used the right flair, but I wanted to let people know. I usually eat low carb and don’t even add “low carb” tortillas or breads because I don’t trust the net carbs, they slow down my weight loss too as evidence. I was craving some tacos and had some chicken breast in the freezer and this McCormick chicken taco seasoning mix. I was at Walmart Neighborhood Market looking for the low carb tortillas as they are full of fiber at least. Didn’t have any. So I looked for corn tortillas since those are lower calorie than regular flour, didn’t have any. Found hard taco shells, and surprised that they only have 14carbs and 110cals for 2!! I prefer hard shells anyway.
Cooked my chicken breast with the seasoning mix, made a single chicken taco with coleslaw as my lettuce, didn’t add any toppings otherwise cause I don’t need all that. So good!! 55 calories and 7carbs for one taco shell. 😸 way better macros than flour tortillas and tastes better than corn tortillas or keto tortillas. So happy I found these lol. The seasoning mix is really good too and imo, doesn’t need any other toppings besides the slaw.
