It was a nice warm, filling snack for only 61 cal/10g protein

-92g egg whites (50)
-60g lettuce (11)
-seasonings of choice (I used onion powder, chilli, chicken salt)

I just stirred in the seasons with the egg whites and microwave (no oil needed) in a bowl for 1min, stir and put back in for another min (or until all liquid is gone, I didn’t cover the bowl). Then mix in lettuce and put in for 30sec, top with extra seasoning

So glad I went and bought egg whites finally they’re a game changer 😃
