i’ve been starting my mornings with a protein for about four years. i usually drink on 5 days a week and make myself breakfast on the weekends. i’ve tried premade and powdered before and i’ve been annoyed that im paying for what im not drinking. so i figured a way around that. i’ve been buying unflavored protein on amazon. 17 servings for $17. i flavor it with $3 stevia and $2 cocoa powder from aldi. other stores also have cheap generic brands of both though.a bag of each of those usually lasts me 4 batches. i also add a box of sugar free banana pudding and sugar free chocolate pudding. about a dollar each batch. i like that ik what’s going in my protein powder. the mixture on its own is 144 cals and 26g of protein. i pair it with protein silk or carb master milk from kroger. that makes each shake 200 cals and 36g of protein.its great with water though! about $22 for 20 servings which lasts me a month.
