i fear i am extremely under eating, however i physically do not have an appetite to stomach more food. i can barely make it to 1300 by the end of most days, i usually force feed myself a sweet treat. i do not intensely workout, i just try to get my 10k steps in and do that by walking 1-2x a day. most of this i am in zone 2 cardio. yes i am losing weight so it’s obviously working for me but i also want to be healthy and sustainable.
