





In light of “yall eat this little???” post I’d like to share my full day yesterday! We ate out for lunch and dinner and I still managed to stay within my goal and eat enough to feel satiated. Calorie breakdowns are on the last slide.
I had a tuna temaki for lunch (the salmon/cream cheese temaki & beer was my bf’s), dumplings and a veggie board for a snack, and trout with veggies and a beer for dinner. The temaki roll is accurately tracked because the menu listed the fish weight and there wasn’t much rice, but I guessetimated on the trout. I figure it’s close bc I had to pay the boyfriend tax so about 1/4 got eaten by him anyways lol.
It’s all about the choices you make! I love fitting as much good food as I can in my budget because it makes the diet not miserable.
I reached my goal weight of 136 in June and have been maintaining for over a month now, but I just got back from a weeklong family reunion where I thoroughly enjoyed myself but also gained maybe 1-2lbs. I decided to get back on the diet and go down to 130 because I think 136 is just a bit too fluffy still.
So here’s to another month or two of 1200! It really can be plenty 🙂
