Been dipping my toes into the world of ayurveda. I find that the recipes are so simple and very healthy, being that they are comprised of mostly vegetables, grains, and legumes. It also helps that they are absolutely delicious! I want to share one recipe I found that I really like, and happens to be just about 250 calories per serving (1/4 of the full dish).
