
I’m currently on an after baby weight loss journey. I started out at 160 pounds in May and I’m about 141 now!
My goal is 125, so I’m a little over 1/2 way there!
I’m 5 ft 3, and pretty active. I weight train and use the elliptical about 4 times a week and I’m always on my feet cleaning or chasing my kids around. I also nurse my baby but we are down to just once a day so it’s not a huge calorie expenditure for me anymore.
Is 1200 calories a reasonable amount for me until I reach my goal?
