-Egg white scramble (4x egg whites cooked in 1/2 tbsp of EVOO w/ 1/4 cup of spinach, sprinkle of salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, & cumin).
-2x turkey breakfast sausage patties.
-1x toasted keto bagel thin w/ 1 tbsp of jif creamy peanut butter & a sprinkle of cinnamon.
-100g thawed frozen raspberries
Meal #2.
-126g of pulled chicken breast.
-1/2 cup of chickpea pasta.
-100g steamed broccoli florets.
-1/3 cup marinara.
-1 tsp EVOO.
-1.5 tsp minced garlic.
-spices (sprinkle of salt, onion powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, herbs de Provence, black pepper & red chili flakes).
-1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Evening snack.
-3 cups of popped Orville redenbachers naturals simply salted popcorn
