My veggie this week is broccoli, so I’ve been eating a lot of it ! I don’t like cooking… so I have a lot of raw veggies & fruit.

it’s probably not the healthiest but I eat a lot of things you can make on the stove / oven ! like little diet meals. I like them bc I can count the calories easily, but honestly, I would like to learn some easy, healthy things I could make on my own ! I feel like having so much processed food can’t be good for me. 😖 but idk…

I’ve been eating this way for the last month & a half now ! and I am down 15 pounds.
