
I added cheese to my eggs and condensed milk to my pancakes.
I cooked this in the least amount of butter I could without burning the pan lol.
I have medication that needs to be taken with vitamin C so I make my own orange, apple lemon,
and pineapple juice. I don’t add any sugar.
I’m pretty good at volume eating when I try. My dinner is going to be a very large volume/low calorie meal.
