Date nights are hard to come by with a toddler at home, but we got the grandparents to babysit while we went for a fancy, anniversary dinner out! I had pasta, a fancy drink (or 2!) and ice cream. Omg it was so good and I really needed it. But back on track today with this tasty 333cal salad! Using my favorite chicken burger patties (1/2), pickled onions, jammy egg and lowfat ranch. It’s just what I needed to feel like the cheat isn’t derailing my progress, while still being yummy and filling.
