For the people asking in my post from today, these are the exact measurements I used in MyFitnessPal. Basically, use a protein powder that you like and the key is to add some regular old pancake mix into. Add an egg, (I used a large egg) some milk, cinnamon, and stevia, and you add the Biscoff toppings + spread after and voila😃 BTW even though I used only 10 grams of the spread, it melts right onto the hot pancakes and spreads out very evenly
