At almost 40 years old now, cooking has always seemed so overwhelming to me aside from things like boiling pasta or cooking eggs. Gotta start somewhere though! Mushrooms, peppers, and garlic… was pretty good. Will add beef strips next time.
I added pea protein. It made it dense but I countered it with more milk and coconut oil. And one loaf cut up 10 thick slices.
