This is how I make rocket salad pesto : 1 clove of garlic, half a bag of rocket and one table spoon of parmigiano grattuggiato. Add 1 spoon of water and blend. No oil no salt no additives. It is bitter so not for everyone but the blue cheese really balances the taste. 💚
