This is a base of spicy cauliflower rice mixed with rao meat sauce, with turkey meatballs and then half a serving of Trader Joe’s ravioli (6 ravioli per scale) to fool myself I’m eating a bowl of pasta. Added cottage cheese to cut down on the spice from the cauliflower rice. Everything is from Trader Joe’s .
More food than it looks like and filling 🙂 the turkey meatballs are only 50 cal each, you could totally add more and get totally full but I’m saving cals for my Dannon light and fit remix yogurt for my treat later 😂🤪
