More carbs than I’d like for a single meal, but I’m working on hitting my fiber goals and this one had enough for my whole day 🤷🏼

• Spiced scrambled eggies
-1/4 cup crushed frozen spinach leaves
-2x whole eggs
-2x egg whites
-coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper & a sprinkle of salt

• Peanut butter bagel
-1x toasted keto bagel thin
-1x tbsp of creamy jif peanut butter

• 100g thawed frozen raspberries
