This shit was stringy cheesy deliciousness. I’m currently waiting on gallbladder surgery and the last attack I had was from two lives of normal pizza but I love it so I had to finesse. Ps none of the ingredients taste that good alone especially the fat free mozzarella lol but just trust the process bc I promise it melts up and is fire.

The crust was 50 calls. 5 gram protein. 5 net carbs. 1.5 grams fat.

I mixed fat free mozzarella (like 2 oz or less) with between 1-2 tbsp low fat ricotta. Max 80 cals for mozzarella, 40ish for ricotta. I mixed in the squeeze tube Italian herbs into the cheese and some garlic powder. Easily over 20g protein here and almost no fat.

Put ounce or less of this low cal low fat pasta sauce, topped with the cheese and then mushrooms.

You could really top with anything and there are so many low cal options.

Turkey pepperoni. Browned sweet or spicy Italian chicken sausage. Bell peppers. Basil. Tomato. Etc!

I found a plant based (bc low fat) fake ass Parmesan and it’s passable for sure and 15 cals per serving 2tsp.

It was soo good – def recommend y’all. And they sell the pita things in bigger sizes and also they’re at normal stores including Walmart apparently (I found at Publix myself).

Also shout out to fat free cheeses being the ultimate “good enough” calorie saver lol
