I added alot of volume with more bell peppers and the snap peas which are not really part of the recipe. Served over quinoa. (My kids are having it with jasmine rice.)

The sauce is fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, zero cal sweetener, water, and cornstarch. All the calories are in the chicken and quinoa.

288 calories for my plate. … Having a small piece of cake afterwards 😋
