
I'm a volume eater and in the past I've done well with Starch Solution meals to eat low calorie density. But during my search for a "meal template" I came across overeaters anonymous and Bright Line Eating meal building guide. I realize BLE has rules but if you don't want to follow them you can still use the guide to build a really filling plate. I've always struggled staying around 1200 but following BLE portion sizes it's really easy and I'm seeing results fast. Sometimes I skip the fat and eat a grain instead. You can easily modify it to fit your needs. I wish I had found this a long time ago! It also helps my ADD brain make a varied plate of food.
