It's very silky, more like pudding.

500g cottage cheese
20g chocolate protein powder
20g cocoa powder
24g Truvia sweetener (stevia/erythritol)
**87 calories for 100g (calories from my own products)

Blend all in a blender or mini food processor.

(You can use just cocoa powder or just protein powder. You can use honey or maple syrup as the sweetener.)

It's good but if you don't like cottage cheese you may not like this.
