



I ran out of quark this morning, hence the pathetic amount on my breakfast oats. Besides that, very good day 🙂
breakfast: protein oatmeal with quark, banana, raspberries and oatmilk
lunch: tuna toasts with cheese that refused to melt
dinner: chicken fried rice with cabbage, carrots, mushrooms and spinach
evening snack: carrot cake oatmeal with quark, peanut butter and oatmilk
