For everybody in the USA trying to get their hands on quark, I’m just catching up to this trend in here haha but I lived in the US for a few years, and you do have it in some shop under the French name "Fromage blanc"
Vermont creamery used to sell it in the Smith’s grocery next to me, but seems like it isn’t available anymore? Kroger seems to still have it but not the 0% version, it does exist tho I bought it myself a few times, I’ve also seen some fancy LA shops also carrying different brands of 0% fromage blanc (aka quark)
Just check your nearest grocery store and make sure you don’t have it before buying an over-priced imported version 🙂
