No waffle houses in my region so ihop had to stand in. 12 hours and 12 waffles (6am-6pm)
Sidenote: why are ihop waffles so expensive?? This was one expensive day.
Right back to 1500 calories today and this will totally smooth out. Remember if you overeat one day, the important thing is to just get back into eating how you want to be and try to think about what led you to the binge day and what you can do to help prevent it again. In my case… I need to get better at fantasy football
