breakfast: oatmeal with quark, raspberries and bloobs (I added chia seeds to the oats today)

lunch: ugly tuna kimbap with sriracha mayo and soy sauce

dinner: quinoa salad and omelette

evening snack: banana oatmeal with quark, raspberries and peanut butter

to finish macros: banana with peanut butter
