I made a packaged with a bag of steamed veggies and a block of tofu I had baked and it’s been multiple meals a day for me all week. These threads STRETCH. I let them sit in the water, drained them, sautéed them with a TINY bit of olive oil and one serving of the sauce I like and they were flavorful and again the stretched to a LOT of meals, the calories become negligible IMHO.
