breakfast: oatmeal with quark and rhubarb compote

pre run: tiny bowl of oatmeal w greek yogurt, milk and banana

post run: greek yogurt and banana

dinner: steak with banana and corn sauce (that tiny dot of sauce is 59 kcal, very sad)

evening snack: oatmeal with quark, raspberries, oat milk and peanut butter

to finish macros: a medjool date with butter
