Hey guys!

I’m trying to meal prep more but what always stopped me is I feel like I count the calories incorrectly. Anyone able to help me make sense of whether I’ve done this correctly?

I made 5 portions (ate 1 so 4 in the pic)

I used the spray olive oil cans which said 9ml/1kcal a spray and I sprayed 6 times but I was unsure of the oil so I took a larger estimate.

Used a 15g spoon to measure the sauces’ amounts

Measured the vegetables after cutting on a scale

The only thing not included is 4 chillis which I cut up and added in (thai pad ones)

Have I done something wrong/ what are common pitfalls? Something just feels sus (or maybe this is the magic of fresh vegetables) – Feel free to interrogate me lol, thanks!
