Trying to stay away from processed foods save for the spare vegan sausage here and there. I thought this would be meal prep but am new to cooking in bulk so this lasted 1 day and I ofc needed more food. I only ate 1 sweet potato though. The white bowl is vegan soy sausage and tempeh. Will need to get my bulk cooking in order to properly meal prep. It’s a journey.
