



i tried to eat more balanced today bc if i do think about it i’ve eaten a lil too much quark and yogurt lately!!
breakfast: toast with egg and herring
snack: toast with ham and quark w blueberries
late lunch/dinner: a mix of tomato, mango, avocado and cucumber with chicken and eggs
evening snack: oatmeal with quark, raspberries, banana and peanut butter
